Scheduled appearances by authors, illustrators and celebrities can be scheduled anytime during the exhibit hours. The Annual Conference Program will feature a special section listing celebrity appearances. To include your Authors/Illustrators please complete the following form by April 7, 2006. You may want to supplement the program listing by posting a sign at your exhibit announcing the appearance schedules of your guests. Publishers are encouraged to make celebrities' books available for autographs and distribution. For exhibitors who want to avoid scheduling guest appearances at the same time as major programs of the American Library Association, check the "Conference Preview" in the April Issue of American Libraries. You can schedule your "Meet the Authors" session at the 2006 ALA Annual Conference during any of our exhibit hours using the form below.
