Are you a first-time exhibitor or an exhibit manager newly assigned to plan your
company's participation in the ALA Annual Conference? If your answer is "yes", than
this information is for you!
If you are an experienced exhibit manager, and an ALA Annual Conference veteran, you
may still want to review the following information to ensure you are getting the
most out of your exhibit experience at the ALA Annual Conference.

This site is broken down by "Table of Contents/Deadlines", "Exposition Schedule", "Advertising/Sponsorships", "Promoting Your Presence", "Registration", "Rules", "Official Contractors & Online Ordering", "Housing/Transportation" and "Forms Library". Please reference the Table of Contents if you need help finding what you are looking for. The Deadline Date Checklist is designed to assist you throughout the planning and ordering sites.

The Official Contractors & Online Ordering section contains links and order forms for all Official Service Contractors. Show Management has contracted out to a selected group of companies the responsibility to perform the various tasks needed to set up, operate and dismantle the exhibits. It is to your advantage to choose the Official Contractors as provided in this Online Exhibitor Services Manual. Official Contractors maintain a presence on-site, providing trained technical staff to support your needs. Show Management does not associate with any company other than those chosen as the Official Contractor. Please note that in order to maintain a secure ordering and payment system, some online ordering services have their own unique login requirements (ie: Housing, GES Exposition Services, etc.) If you need assistance logging in to these links, please ask the specific supplier for assistance accordingly.

Tuesday, June 27 2006, 8:00am, at the Live @ Your Library Stage, Booth 231. We urge
every exhibitor to attend the ERT Membership meeting, as this is your opportunity to
provide valuable feedback about your experience at this exposition.
