Know the Rules Before You Build
The display rules are designed to protect fair play between neighboring exhibits to give every exhibitor an opportunity to attract attendees to their booth. They insure that from 10 feet away, there will be visibility to every display. They were published in the exhibitor manual provided to every exhibitor. It is the contracted exhibitor’s responsibility to share them with the appropriate team designing and planning the booth display and materials.
Please review these rules before you build your booth and feel free to contact us at ala@heiexpo.com or stop by the Exhibits Office on-site should you have any questions. The office is located behind booth 913.
Community Care
ALA seeks to create a Community of Care at its LLX and Annual Conferences. You will find signage throughout the Convention Center emphasizing the Statement of Appropriate Conduct and expects everyone in attendance to abide by these protocols. A mental health professional will be available in New Orleans and if you would like to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the conference, please visit the Community of Care Quiet room located in Room 276 Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
Social Media
We hope you’ll take the opportunity to post to Twitter or Instagram to encourage LibLearnX attendees to visit your booth. For your convenience, check out the social media gallery in the Exhibitors/Publishers promotion toolkit to find the perfect graphic to add.
