Welcome to the online Exhibitor Services Manual for the 2010 Midwinter Meeting & Exhibits of the American Library Association. This website is for participating exhibitors in the ALA Midwinter Meeting & Exhibits. Within this site, you will find everything you need to successfully participate in this exhibition. Show Management has lined up a team of industry professionals to make your exhibit experience a smooth process. Please take the time now to review this site carefully. It will save you TIME and MONEY.
Please reference the Table of Contents if you need help finding what you are looking for. The Deadline Date Checklist is designed to assist you throughout the planning and ordering stages. If you can't find what you are looking for, try the Search function (found in the left menu). If you still need assistance, email us using the "Not finding what you need?" button (left).
The Official Contractors & Online Ordering section contains links and order forms for all Official Service Contractors. Show Management has contracted out to a selected group of companies the responsibility to perform the various tasks needed to set up, operate and dismantle the exhibits. It is to your advantage to choose the Official Contractors as provided in this Online Exhibitor Services Manual. Official Contractors maintain a presence on-site, providing trained technical staff to support your needs. Show Management does not associate with any company other than those chosen as the Official Contractor. Please note that in order to maintain a secure ordering and payment system, some online ordering services have their own unique login requirements (i.e.: Housing, GES Exposition Services, etc.) If you need assistance logging in to these links, please ask the specific supplier for assistance accordingly.
Program listings will be due by Wednesday, November 11. To access the program listings, please go to: http://ala.cistems.net. Your login ID is your ALA account number, and the password is "ala" (without the quotes). If you do not have your login ID, or need assistance with your program listing, or need additional listings for other companies sharing your booth, please contact Karee Williams at kwilliams@ala.org.

Finally, we urge every exhibitor to attend the Exhibitor's Round Table (ERT) Membership meeting to be held on Monday, January 18 from 8:00am — 9:00am in the Convention Center. Room location will be provided later. This meeting will give you the opportunity to provide us with valuable feedback about your experience at this exhibition.
