Gift Basket Raffle
7th Annual ALA–ERT All–Conference Reception Basket Giveaways
Put together a themed gift basket to be displayed with company name in your booth on Friday, January 11, 2008 during the All–Conference Reception. Baskets will be raffled off at 7:00pm on the exhibit floor during the All–Conference Reception. Winning names and company will be posted in an issue of Cognotes and running on a monitor in the exhibit hall for the remainder of the conference.
To donate a prize and be highlighted with company name and booth number in the Program Book and Cognotes, complete this form and return by November 2 to:

All prizes must have a minimum $75.00 value. Exhibitors are responsible for bringing prize to show site and costs to ship baskets to the winner.
