Registrant List Information

Exhibitors may purchase a list of the 2008 Annual Conference advance registrations received through May 23, 2008. We estimate there will be at least 3,000 names. ALA will e-mail a file that contains mailing addresses OR e-mail addresses, depending on your choice, to exhibitors no later than May 30, 2008. This should be adequate time to expedite your mailing and for the member to receive the mailing at least one week prior to the conference.

This file is restricted to a one-time usage; cannot be duplicated; are not to be sold; and, are to be used only to promote your products and attendance at the conference.

A rental charge of $750 will be applied to the mailing list, or email list only, or $1500 with mailing and email addresses included. A 15% discount is available to ALA Corporate Members. You must indicate your Corporate Member status on the attached order form. Only pre-paid orders will be accepted…meaning, you must submit an actual check with the order form or provide credit card information. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PURCHASE ORDERS, NOR WILL WE “BILL” FOR THE SERVICES.
