Library Donations

The library donation program grew out of ALA’s recent practice of collecting books and other materials for libraries or schools in need. Exhibitors can help local libraries and charities by donating any leftover books and other items after the show. Instead of shipping these items back to your office or warehouse, save on shipping costs and do a good deed!

To Participate

If you plan to participate in the donation program, please return this form to Hall-Erickson, Inc.

Exhibitors will receive color-coded labels to attach to materials in their booths that are targeted for donation. At the close of the exhibits on Tuesday, a special labor crew will collect only these materials.
