The 11th Annual ERT Silent Auction goes Hollywood!

$25,000 Goal for ALA Scholarships!

Everyone has a dream. What’s yours? If it’s to maximize promotional efforts while helping fund ALA Scholarships, you’re not dreaming!

What’s ERT’s dream? To reach our $25,000 goal for ALA Scholarships so deserving students can defray the cost of attending Library School.

Get in on the action—Donate your product or service

Donating a new product, for example, is a great way to showcase and reinforce your show strategy and promotion. Nothing new going on but you want to generate some excitement about your company? Turn some heads with a creative gift basket. Autographed books/memorabilia, sporting event tickets, clothing, jewelry, art, and crafts are always popular…be creative! All price points encouraged! Remember, donations may be tax deductible. Simply fill out the online donation form.

Here’s the star treatment you’ll receive:

  • All your donations, a link to your company home page, and a picture of your donated items will be included on the ALA Silent Auction web page.
  • Special signage for your booth recognizing your silent auction participation.
  • Increased visibility. The auction’s prime location at the Convention Center ensures added interest in your products and services. Plus, the auction will be promoted in the Conference Program, Cognotes, and emails to attendees, Conference Website, and onsite signage.
  • The 50/50 cash drawing is back by popular demand! This attracts hundreds of attendees to the auction!
  • And, don't forget to talk about your fame to others! Promote your participation in the silent auction in all of your pre and at-show promotions. ALA attendees appreciate exhibitors who give to the scholarship effort.

Donations are accepted through June 23, but don't wait! Get them in as soon as possible so your company and donation are posted on the web.
