Welcome to the online Exhibitor Services Manual for the 2008 Annual Conference & Exposition of the American Library Association. This website is for participating exhibitors in the ALA Annual Conference & Exposition. Within this site, you will find everything you need to successfully participate in this exhibition. Show Management has lined up a team of industry professionals to make your exhibit experience a smooth process. Please take the time now to review this site carefully. It will save you TIME and MONEY.

Please reference the Table of Contents if you need help finding what you are looking for. The Deadline Date Checklist is designed to assist you throughout the planning and ordering sites.

The Official Contractors & Online Ordering section contains links and order forms for all Official Service Contractors. Show Management has contracted out to a selected group of companies the responsibility to perform the various tasks needed to set up, operate and dismantle the exhibits. It is to your advantage to choose the Official Contractors as provided in this Online Exhibitor Services Manual. Official Contractors maintain a presence on-site, providing trained technical staff to support your needs. Show Management does not associate with any company other than those chosen as the Official Contractor. Please note that in order to maintain a secure ordering and payment system, some online ordering services have their own unique login requirements (i.e.: Housing, GES Exposition Services, etc.) If you need assistance logging in to these links, please ask the specific supplier for assistance accordingly.
